Rieger,
J.D., Board Secretary is Vice President and General Counsel of
Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc., the Alaska Native non-profit service
provider for the Cook Inlet Region, Inc (CIRI). She serves on the board of
Alaska Legal Services Corporation, the Alaska Pro Bono Program, and former
Associate Professor at the University of Alaska, Anchorage Justice Center.
Ms. Reiger is Anchorage’s acting first lady, and is committed to issues of
social justice, particularly for those whose rights, needs, and voices are
too seldom heard.
