Social Worker (LCSW)
| POSITION SUMMARY: This position is a highly responsible position that requires close collaboration between ANJC and the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), maintain on-going working relationship and be a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (MDT). Will provide counseling and supports to women experiencing trauma, and supervise the ANJC Case Manager. |
Reentry Support Case Worker
| POSITION SUMMARY: This is a highly responsible position requiring the incumbent to work closely with non-violent offenders exiting the adult correctional system, collaborating with partners and, the Reentry Coordinator. This position provides a continuum of services and support through case management to program participants of the reentry program. |
Coach/Mentor Coordinator
| POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the overall Coaching/Mentoring Supports program and is an integral team member of the ANJC Adult Reentry Program. It will be key in the development of mentoring supports to pre/post release non-violent offenders. |
